Written scope controls
A conversation, photograph or browser-generated note is not a construction contract, accepted bid, scheduled visit or proof that AWC received a request. Included work and exclusions are established in writing.
Unknown and changing conditions
Hidden damage, code issues, access problems, hazardous materials, design needs or owner changes may require a written change order. A localized finish repair is not a promise of an invisible match.
Evaluation terms
When site verification is needed, the Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package is $250. The $250 is credited back if the construction project is approved within 30 days. Separate professional services and investigation are not automatically included.
No invented outcome promises
Project photographs show only the documented stage. No inspection result, warranty performance, permit approval, customer acceptance or long-term repair outcome is implied by a gallery image.
Photos help start the review. Access, concealed conditions and required professional review can change the construction scope.
